Earlier this year, we hosted our 4-day Executive Leadership Development Programme (#ELDP) workshop in Singapore. The workshop is part of an intensive six-month programme to invest in our budding leaders and equip them with the necessary skills to build an #inclusive and dynamic culture and in turn bring out the best in their people.

We are delighted to announce that our Workforce Resilience Service has won is the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) APAC 2021 award for best Continuity & Resilience Provider for the second year running! Our award submission focused on how when the global coronavirus pandemic hit in March 2020, business travel tumbled and organisations rapidly pulled back their people, closed their offices and went virtual. International SOS quickly pivoted to programs that provide the same benefits to travellers but for domestic employees as well. Workforce Resilience services were born from the pandemic and have expanded into a must-have domestic workforce program that supports organisations’ evolving Duty of Care responsibilities.
During this pandemic, many of our nurses have volunteered to provide front line support for COVID-19 patients in their local hospitals. Ondine shared her experience helping out in the ICU at NHS and the support she received to safely return to work.
