Mental Health & Wellbeing At the start of October, we kicked off our latest mental health and wellbeing campaign focused on raising awareness around mental health and promoting positive wellbeing. We launched companywide webinars discussing wellbeing at work, mental health awareness and wellbeing conversations, with further sessions planned. We’re also promoting our Global Employee Assistant Programme, reminding colleagues of the services available. We’ve taken a local approach to wellbeing, encouraging each site to do activities that resonate with them. In our Kings Langley HQ, for example, we’ve started Pilates and meditation classes. We did our first art class this week as creativity can support improved positive emotions and reduce anxiety. In other sites we’re offering Pilates classes, meditation classes and more. We’ve also invested in sensory toys to help with stress and anxiety, while also supporting concentration and focus. We’re progressing our Mental Health First Aiders initiative, which has received a positive response with colleagues eager to take part.

Celebrating 30 Years of PowerVR Today we're celebrating the 30th anniversary of PowerVR, the graphics architecture that was first unveiled to the world way back in 1992 and is still making waves today. Back in 2017, when we celebrated our 25th anniversary, we dived into our cupboards and found some fascinating examples of our early technology and memorabilia: Kyro and Dreamcast fans, knock yourself out. For the 30th anniversary, we've brought together some of the longest-serving employees at Imagination, who were around at the start of our PowerVR journey, for a get-together to reminisce about those early times. There are some great stories in there, so be sure to check it out.
Introducing Imagination Open Access Imagination Technologies Open Access program offers access for early-stage companies to select class-leading GPU and AI accelerator IP without any licensing costs. This lowers the barriers of entry to SoC design, enabling scale-ups to create advanced IoT and AI products for applications covering smart homes, industrial designs for smart cities or smart factories, smart kiosks and signage, healthcare tech, and more.
Cost of Living Cost of living is a concern for many people. The leadership team at Imagination is acutely aware of this and the impact it may be having on our people and so are taking steps to support them. First and foremost, if any of our people are struggling financially or mentally, we encourage them to get in touch with their HR Business Partner, line manager or someone else within the business that they feel comfortable talking to in confidence. For employees at the early stages of their careers and those we believe are especially impacted by cost-of-living changes, we are increasing salaries where appropriate. This applies to around 10% of our colleagues. We have also increased the salaries of summer placements in order that these opportunities remain accessible to a wide pool of students. We also have a Global Employee Assistance Program (GEAP) available to all employees and their families, which can provide support on a range of work and personal issues, including financial matters, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
