We are pleased to announce that Elsevier won four major Comparably Awards in the second quarter of 2023. Elsevier was ranked #2 out of 100 large companies as an organization with the Best CEO for Women in 2023 by the global workplace culture and compensation monitoring site, as well as having our CEO in the top 10 of Best CEOs for Diversity. Ratings are derived from current employees around the world who provided anonymous feedback on Comparably. Being a working parent is never easy. At Elsevier, flexible hours and purposeful work help me thrive. - Melody Smith-Lopez For many single parents, balancing the responsibilities of work and family can be a difficult task. Days are fast-paced and complex with school drop off, pick up, afterschool events and sports. Finding a job that offers the flexibility and support needed to manage both can feel like an uphill battle. I’m grateful my job provides the flexibility to keep up with the busy routine.
