Good people but bad policies

Pros

The environment is somewhat friendly. They used to provide flexibility which always helps to improve productivity.

Cons

There are some peoples who are not suitable for any company. However, weDevs do admire those people for not acting against them. Mid-management is a nightmare. Performance evolution report is always too far away from the actual performance. Most importantly their increment policies won't help you to get what you deserve, no matter how hard you try.

You will feel like working at your home due to its dedicated services like Catered meals, Refreshment with indoor games. The teammates or colleagues are super friendly (you are free to cut jokes at any time) and helpful if you get stuck in any problem. Long story short, the company has an excellent ergonomics to learn and develop your personal skill.

Cons

Not much to say about it but all I can say is that you can't waste a single meal catered by the company in any way. ☻
