Pros

Competitive pay, friendly coworkers, free lunch every day (up to $20/day including tax), lots of free snacks, free gym membership located nearby, nice pool table, foosball table, free massage chairs, nice lounges, soundproof phone/work booths, beautiful office location area, boss is easy to work with, and a chill laid back environment. No heavy stress so far.

Cons

I'm a part time employee for now. 25 hours a week (If it started off as full-time would have been 5 stars). No medical/dental benefits or 401k, etc. (likely due to being a part time employee)

Pros

1. Good environment created by colleagues, relaxing and easy to work in. 2. People are by the most part welcoming and lovely. 3. Good product and the work being done is beneficial to alot of low income workers in the US

Cons

1. ironically unequal pay. The same person doing the same job getting paid less. 2. Promoted/change in title but no increment in pay until next year......this is an actual thing. 3. Sometimes promotion is just word of mouth and with no email.
