Office Lunch and dinner. Timely Pay and can withdraw in advance. No late sittings
Cons
No Knowledge Sharing at all. You will not feel welcomed by anyone. Every one is keeping things to their own. Hard to get domain as no one helps at all. Senior management is rude and will persistently nag you even in your sleep. Doesn't feel like an IT company . Micromanagement is at its peak and work is at agile fast paced. Long Meetings and developers lose lot of time in unconcerned meetings. Developers are blamed for everything and no teamleader and manager leads from the front. Legacy code and poor tech stack not willing to advance.
