Strong technical skills, a lot of materials to upgrade your technical skills. A lot of tools for searching, I really like monorepository.

Cons

Russians a little bit not so social people with all respect. A lot of legacy code, logic. I worked at Yandex Market business unit - because this bossiness unit is not profitable, there are a lot of toxicim from above

Boring as hell if you work in a business unit, very few teams that do interesting work (yt for example). They also pay less than competitors.
