Friendly staff - Accept new employees with open arms - Constantly growing and adapting in industry - Upper management is open to suggestions & ideas - Decent review process for office staff - Pay increases based on performance - Recognition for a job well done - Opportunity to advance within the company - Engineering staff on site - Everyone's job is important - Long standing in the industry
Cons
Major conflicts between staff and union shopworkers - Family staff / Investment partner politics can be sickening at times - Lots of "hush-hush" conversations and overt plans go on behind closed doors - Some slightly 'shady' manipulations within upper management team and office staff to strategize various changes to take place within a job description, employees duties, position, hours, wages, etc. - If you always perform duties requested by upper management first and prioritize your duties accordingly, you will succeed in this company.

Leaving each day and also the weekends so you dont have to go in.
Cons
Total disconnect from shop and management, Kevin thinks hes gods gift, same with son Mark who think their crap dont stink. Both are cut from same cloth -horrible management skills. Blind leading blind. They will lie cheat and steal and say one thing and do another. Worked 3 plus years with zero raises while both Kevin and Mark are living high off the hog and lining their pockets.
