Interview
I went in for 3 different interviews each exceeding 2 hours reaching 6. The entire interview was the CEO Kevin Watje boasting about his career and talking negatively about others in the waste industry. Turns out he has burned many bridges in the industry and is widely disliked.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. As long as Kevin Watje is the CEO.

Interview
The hiring process is extremely long to the point of being excessive. There is no compensation for travel expenses and no attempt to use any of the media tools for distance interviews(Facetime, WebCam, WebEx, etc.) I myself traveled over 1000 miles total for two 6 hour interviews. Then they did not even have the professionalism to email, write or communicate that they had chosen another candidate.

Interview process included questions as to my spiritualism and/or religious feelings as this is supposed to be a company of belief. I am not sure that these questions are even legal to ask. Either way, I left feeling very uneasy and as if i would always have somebody watching what I was doing away from work. It was even expressed that people partaking in certain types of entertainment were, "Bumbs!"
