Waterlogic has got the ability to hire amazing, professional and hard working people. Everyone tries their best to provide a good end result. Staff is frequently promoted. Good office and work conditions.
Cons
Lacks proper management skills, clear goals and proper motivation. Lacks staff training when staff is promoted to higher jobs (people management training, time management training, etc.). Example: Remote working doubled the ongoing projects without doubling the staff (staff overloaded)

Feel good product that is truly needed.

Salary and benefits are terrible. The senior management has no clue of working with people and create a hostile work environment.

Good people at the technician level.
Cons
Pre pandemic they could not keep critical supplies in stock. Sales people lie to customers about what they can deliver. Management turnover is high. They all come in with the same attitude, threatening with hand, and hollow promises with the other.

Excited to be joining this fast paced organisation. The recruitment function is a new string to the business and the people here are open to the new changes and ideas. With the many mergers and acquisitions the company are growing which provides many exciting opportunities. Whilst the HR department is still growing and evolving, the future should see a more refined company with the potential to be a world class leader in their field.
Cons
Maybe a lack of structure in some parts of the business which are been addressed and rectified and some old systems which are been phased out.
