      - Good company culture - Good compensation and benefits package - Work-life balance, no work on weekends - The work comes in waves, so there's always time to breathe, rest, and recover from busy months - Opportunity to learn from veterans in the industry - No KPI

      Cons

      - Our teams are quite lean, so there are times when workload becomes a bit heavy - Almost 5x a week onsite (full RTO) - No allowances on top of salary
