Teammates and Salary (depending on ur experience)

Cons

Departmental communication (seems like they are not aligned). You will be punished by something that you aren't taught in the first place (how will you know) No HR discussion and in the first 3 days you will do nothing. You'll just stare in other people since ur equipment is not even prepared yet (meaning you are not trained in that 3 days)
