Free food, some parties, a few cool people

Cons

Expectations repeatedly increased, sales taken away from agents with little to no justification, extremely high pressure sales environment, pressure to sell people things they do not need or want, high turnover, back-stabbing coworkers, asked daily to stay late/work overtime because the business is overwhelmed, sleeping with your superior seems to be the fastest way to get promoted

There's absolutely no pros for this company.

Cons

Management is unprofessional and full of fake promises. They have horrible benefits and they don't follow any safety social distancing for Covid. It's not mandatory to wear masks and they won't even check your temperature or tell you when someone is sick and out do to having covid.

The Management team is awesome. They try to help you get better in sales, and everyone at the company is pretty genuine and nice.

Cons

They tell you people make $70K for an average earner, and closer to $80K for high performers, but that's not the case. Even when I had a high producing month, I was making maybea little over 3K a month. You have to grind of course and make a lot of calls. Only thing they offer is insurance as benefits and some cash bonuses.
