Great Company Culture but low pay - Sales Representative Utility Connect Employee Review

I am new here but so far it’s a great place to work and the earnings are the best I’ve ever had. It’s super fast paced but a lot of fun because you are closing a lot of sales all day long which also makes the pay really good. The management team is very supportive and the expectations are straight forward. I am a happy camper.

I have been working as a Sales Agent at Utility Connect for a while now and have really enjoyed my time here. The people are awesome, the kitchen is always fully stocked for employees and leadership genuinely cares about the people and about how things are done. The training team is great, they make sure that you have everything you need to succeed and are feeling confident before you hit the sales floor. This is a fast paced job and there are always great leads and new bonuses to hit to keep things interesting. A thing I really like about UC is that leadership is exclusively promoted from within the company. It is cool to see people growing with the company and I am looking forward to growing with them as well!

They have really high standards but if you put in the work you have everything you need to be successful.
