Very chaotic, things change frequently.

Way too many things to do; it's exciting but can lead to burnout. The hierarchy doesn't work; there is too much autonomy. Managers are effectively playing director roles, as they need to manage many different subteams. Career advancement is difficult, as everyone is bogged down with work as much as possible.

Things change constantly. Even big priorities can change every 6 months or so, before areas and teams have a plan to execute. It's a ~4k company that behaves like a small startup very often.
