      Hybrid working and good location

      Cons

      hr do not care about you and are very set in their ways, they only pretend to care. they are not very understanding about peoples circumstances. They take advantage of the strikes and know that people can’t move on to a different job. senior management are treated better and have more allowances than regular employees because they’re afraid to lose them. A lot of favouritism is definitely overlooked

      * Snack cupboard * Junior staff are nice * Fun nights out

      Cons

      * A serious lack of diversity and inclusion. * Bullying from senior members of staff. * A lack of understanding of learning disabilities. * Claim to care about mental health but a lot of people who work there are clearly on edge and anxious. * Be prepared to work in silence. * Be prepared to be micromanaged.
