Union Visual Effects interview questions

The interview process was awkward agressive and intimidating. With lack of empathy, humanity and respect. Very old school. The interviewers were not interested in my skills or reel, They only pointed the times that I was not working or why did I developed other skills outside my main area, Asking very personal questions about more than 10 years ago and invasive questions. I felt it was a judgement and not a interview. I left the interview feeling bad even though I have a career of more than 10 years with proven experience.
