      Unreliable hiring process and waste time of people

      Not sure if anything is good

      The company is not reliable, first they rushed the hiring process and took multiple rounds, wasting a lot of time. Post selection took my salary slips and documents while I already mentioned my expectations at the start of the process and now they have ghosted me. HR is not responding

      since this is startup, so we have to push ourselves to use time effectively weekend support only if any prod bug fix
