      Wonderful Team Environment

      Pros

      I was a 12 month intern but was treated as a full time associate. I was constantly given opportunities to share my opinions and my work was valued greatly. The environment created by the team was very friendly and inclusive. Additionally, everyone had a great work life balance.

      Cons

      My only con was that work was a bit slow paced at times. However, I was an intern so my responsibilities were a bit limited on leading projects.

      Interesting technology good co-wokers smart, creative work force decent work life balance

      Cons

      Little opportunity for advancement one a certain level is reached Danaher (parent company) is purely shareholder driven, unreasonable targets set, very little support.

      Pros

      I work for a mid-sized small environmental company which reports financials to Trojan. My company thinks and acts like a start up - but backed by Danaher Corp conglomerate's money. Enough freedom to build your job into what you want it to be.

      Cons

      Work / life balance is hard to come by. Fast paced environment with minimum staffing means you learn on the fly from day one.

      Weak leadership, no processes, in consistency of product manufacturing. Communication is weak or non existent.
