Pros
-They have great befits and are extremely flexible. Great co-workers and people with lots of experience in the field.
-Decent pay and benefits.
Cons
-Stepping stone for lots upper management, they will not last more than a 3 year average and they move on after they come and leave a mess for everyone else to clean up. Have seen quite a few come and go and they all come in with aggressive plans and move on to bigger positions with sister companies and leave us in limbo with a bigger mess in our hands.
-Department Managers get hired with no previous management experience and have no idea what they are doing and DO NOT lead by example and just delegate their work to others and take credit for it.
-No growth, you can work here and expect to be in the same position for years without any advancement opportunities.
-Too many crazy ideas implemented with no real planning and they all seem to fail.
-People with 20 + years of knowledge are leaving and they don't do anything to keep them or replace them with enough time for them to train someone new.
-No real HR department in place.
