Pros
I've been working at the company for less then a year, but so far I have been impressed with the company for the following reasons:
- Open to new ideas (even upper management)
- Great work environment. While I'm able to get work done in the office, its also fun coming to work each day. The St. Pete office is beautiful!
- Work flexibility, everyone is always helpful to ensure each employee is not stressed with their work load. We are also able to work remote throughout the week.
- Excellent colleagues
- Stability in a startup culture (we have excellent benefits)
- Value is placed on the experience of each product we develop
