I could spend a while speaking of the good from my interview, to the CEO and Employees. I feel extremely thankful for the opportunity. This is a company where you show your hard work and pride for them and they will give you the same genuine respect back.

In joining any new company/team there are growing pains, things to get used to and routines to follow. In my first month I made a few mistakes and never felt like I was in trouble, the team here does a great job helping people learn and in turn succeed.

Not a true con, but I am very PC orientated and the company uses Mac's so their was a learning curve there!
