      High workloads, tight deadlines, fast pace. Engineers don't seem to last long, and move on to more established companies after getting experience

      The people and culture here is very warm and welcoming. Everyone is very supportive. Flat hierarchy structure, allowing everyone to contribute and discuss openly.
