Demanding job but can be rewarding for fast learners and perfectionists as you will have to learn a lot on the job.

Cons

Extremely demanding positions with low pay. Be prepared to do more than you were told about always.

The majority of staff at head office and in the restaurants are lovely, staff discount.

Cons

nepotism is rife. inflated roles for senior management who do not have the knowledge or capability to lead. Incredibly high churn rate for staff due to bullying and poor management
