      on paper a "great" group of restaurants

      Cons

      They will hire you for the busy season, make you work to the bone to make the biggest revenue ever,. then January comes and they make you redundant because they don't need you anymore. Ex D&D was bought by Martin, he buys companies to make money and then sells the company again. They have no interest on looking after employees, they will use and abuse you and when you're not needed, you're fired.
