Pros

The Body Shop is a great place to work, the higher management treat their staff well and care about their store teams. The brand has great moral values and ethics and as a certified BCorp brand, they do a lot of social and environmental work, using fair trade ingredients and involving themselves in many important charities and change making campaigns. There’s a great morale within the store and the customers are really lovely 99% of the time. They also offer great rewards for good work and generous discounts to their staff.

Cons

The full time roster is a bit odd, it works on a fortnightly basis and most Full time Managers do a 6 day week, followed by a 4 day week. Can be a bit much at times especially during the Christmas period.
