Great brand and really quality product. People working in the Operations function are very nice and reasonable. Most of them are based outside of London and dont have the same rat-race mentality as the employee culture in London.

The brand has been suffering in the last 6 years under the current SLT. . Bonus scheme is incredibly low compared to market and rare(if ever) paid.. Benefits are really poor: only 23 days holiday/year, poor pension offer compared to the market, pay is not competitive. No Friday 3PM-Stop summer hours like their competitors on the market. Working hours are contractually longer than the market best practice. Not much work-life balance as there is a constant rush to save the business from all angles. Poor investment choices in dead ideas, poor marketing choices that kill the brand
