No planning, management doesn't manage the important details to run the business well, not much investment in growing own people, no work/life balance

High Turnover. The entire HR department quit during the 2 months I worked there. They hired a new person who also quit within a month. There was a project manager that lasted 2 months. The owners yell at people over the phone asking "where is my money" like they are gangsters. They promise free things to clients without knowing what it cost to produce. There was no training. Very little communication between managers and people doing the work.
