      Can't think of any at this time! You work a straight 40 hour week with no overtime available at $15/hr and paid every 2 weeks.

      Cons

      1.Expensive insurance. 2.Compensation: Forklift operators should be paid more than employees that do not have a forklift license. 3. Management: Needs to be overhauled and reduced.
