Company standards and pay is so low, you can almost get away with anything and still have a job. come to work drunk np, high no worries, stole from the company you are their guy

Cons

Pay, Schedule, no appreciation, You WILL get cheated out of your money and time, it is the Dynamex way.

fast paced environment, no 2 days are the same. requires above average attention to details.

Cons

management above branch level does not listen. refuse to understand that each branch is in a unique market, & not every operation can be successful & functional with strict, no option guidelines. what works for one branch, in one area.. doesn't always mean it will get the same results in a different area.
