benefits are there but you will pay for them...dearly & they deduct them from your final pay even when you didn't have a chance to use them.

change company name every two years, tell you things that aren't true (tell you you work remote but then tell you that you have to go in to an office in a state where you don't on board candidates), raises are pretty much non-existent. Will not let women advance into any important role. Switch your managers yearly. You have to do lots of rolls combined and keep yourself busy or they will just keep taking work away until there is nothing left for you to do..

As of August 2022, hybrid schedule (specifically, Monday and Friday were work from home, Tuesday through Thursday was in office). Relatively easy to work with management (although each department is different). Normally no need to work overtime (however, doesn't mean that if you are a salary employee you won't work late).

Management doesn't seem to be concerned with entry-level employees' health and well-being. They only give 2% annual raises.

You NEVER know what time your going home, the supervisors don’t follow the seniority rules ever. Always complaining and nagging at you every day for something new.

I enjoyed working at T-Force this is a great place to start in an entry level position and learn a lot about the industry in short time.

I enjoyed working at T-Force however after working there for 15 months I was recognized as the hardest worker however refused a raise in pay. When I had put in a 4-week notice to quit they had tried shuffling the team around to cover my role in the team, bare in mind everyone was supposed to handle the customer service side of things and answer phones, I ended up handling 90% of all phone calls within the hours I was there. My main focus was handling our Home-Depot account and when one of my colleagues was asked to take on my responsibilities in front of the entire team she said she’d rather quit than take on my responsibilities. I like to think they now would have just given me the small raise I’d asked for. They don’t reward the hard work and don’t recognize the intangibles, which is hard work! Almost everyone else’s work ethic compared to mine seemed abysmal. I regret working so hard toward a company which wasn’t willing to reward my hard work.
