I can honestly say, the branch I worked at, was the worst place of employment I have ever had. Micromanagement, Favoritism, Harrasment etc, it was unbearable. And even after taking concerns to Upper Management nothing is being changed nor looked at. I would never recommend SunTrust to anybody, whether for a career or as a client.

Sales goals are sometimes hard to achieve. Depending on your manager you may or may not like for work for Suntrust. Favoritism exists on upper mgmt levels. It’s hard to get promoted or considered for other positions outside of retail if you start there unless your numbers are exceptional. Now that I’ve had a chance to experience life at another bank I have to say the grass is greener on the other side.

Discrimination, racism, no diversity or inclusion, favoritism, protectionism, do not ever waste your time and health. I know a few people who left with depression.

Favoritism is rampant, selling Credit Cards is rammed down your throat and you have to take all kinds of abuse from the customers and God forbid you get sick.

Management shows favoritism. Too much focus on referals

Management was horrendous. Favoritism for some employees. Department heads disrespectful, rude, and hateful. No growth.
