Management gets in the way of the work that needs to be done and contributes to the unorganized environment. If you are not a family member, family friend or church friend, your head is the first on the chopping block during lean times. Pay is well below industry standard.

Stealth does not present long-term stability unless there’s a major client with deep pockets and extended contract. Family and family-friends are mostly amongst the staff, with a handful of new talent. It was alarming to learn that once major clients were lost, related employees were kept, while those who weren’t were the first to go.
