I have no cons for Stealth.

I have worked at Stealth in both a freelance and full time capacity (2 separate periods of time). Stealth Creative is what you make of it. The structure makes it possible to grow into whatever role or specialty you want. There are some of the most talented and creative people I have ever worked with in my 20 years in the industry. There is an amazing level of support from both colleagues and management. The owners are completely transparent concerning the direction and state of the company. Discussions here take place openly and honestly. What other agency of this size has PR, Media, Digital, Creative, Print, Advertising, SEO, and Copy writing all under one roof? And moreover they have the right people in place to get the job done strategically and precisely.

Agency life is not for everyone. It can be fast paced and the 'scenery' changes a lot. If you are up for the challenge, Stealth is a great place to see if that life is for you.
