No Compensations and Benifits No overtime policy You have to work 24 hrs Uk management consider them superior and does alot of discrimination .Intentionally layoff workers after every six months to avoid salary increase and provident fund.Very toxic culture and micromanagement. Useless and unprofessional HR Manager who love tall men.
