Pros

I really love the camaraderie within all the teams—there's no leg-pulling or internal politics among the departments. Most of my interactions are with the Sales team and the Account team; they are some of the nicest people I have ever met in my life

Cons

The company itself has a toxic culture. One of the women among the stakeholders is very toxic and always tries to play blame games. They do not have a progressive mindset and show no value for the decisions made by the Best Employee of the Year. They often manipulate progress through micromanagement. The situation worsens when you are questioned about why you are not following the given KPIs, even though you are adhering to the processes outlined by the stakeholders. When you ask the stakeholder for clarification, they simply deflect and tell HR, "Where did I instruct him to do that? Show me in writing."
