Unfortunately all the bad has tainted the few pros that existed

Cons

District Managers and above only care about results-not ethics or people. Full of back stabbing employees and leaders. Definitely a mean girls environment and if you have your own views and business outlook- you are ostracized.

Great pay, excellent manager… first years open they were great, then company went public and it all went down hill from there.

Cons

Last couple of years open they only cared about money and not the employees or their customers. Customer service was so bad and they would not improve it. Doctors approved horrible treatment plans for a check and not the well being of the customers. Doctors also messed up customers bite with little to no improvement. They also record every appointment to save them legally…

You didn't really have a choice on what job title you were a month to month. They could switch you from one project to another anytime.
