- Limited leadership vision and poor execution on engineering projects - Surprisingly an almost non-existent integration between their core technologies within their business units

- very good place to start working, lots of things to learn and work on - some very qualified colleagues to work with

Cons

- they hire the cheap over the smart and end up with a seemingly high % of less than stellar employees. - top management does not communicate changes in benefits/policies, they tout improvements only for employees to find out their benefits have been slashed. As a result, the most qualified employees are leaving and the morale has been going down the drain for the past year. - there is little room for career growth at this point, although this is improving day by day as the most qualified persons leave the company.
