New technical challenge with experienced team

Missing the new chance to enter new market.

I felt valued as an employee, but I was capable of so much more than what I was doing there. Good benefits, good work/life balance.

I was laid off due to cutbacks in the program. I would have been capable and willing to shift into a different role easily because they only used about 25% of my skills. But they didn't give me that opportunity.
