Pros

Flexible with schedules, location off major expressway, will hire from within and nice coworkers.

Cons

Corporate politics - it just depends on your skills and if your really needed at time of hire - it will determine how soon you will advance. Never met the CEO or any executives because there aren't any company meetings or events. Poor health benefits option. Low pay and it was non-negotiable.

Pros

Coworkers make this place bearable.

Cons

From day one of orientation, much is promised, but nothing is followed through. Were promised a raise after 3 months. Then were told, No, it is after 6 months. Was told at orientation that agents could work from home out of state. Then was told that was never stated. Even though 8 people heard it.

Laid back environment.... Mgmt does try to help you....its easy work and pay ok

Cons

Work on weekends, holidays, not flexible, attitudes of coworkers.... Boring at times, long calls
