The CEO is more concerned with getting rich than getting it right. The cash flow management is incredibly poor (we went several months with out a full paycheck, and even though it was paid back, it took much longer than promised. Now we are having financial problems again). The technology itself is great in theory, but it does not do what they represent it to do. The CEO sells us dreams of grandeur, with an ok product and poor execution on the product. Terribly mismanaged.

Unfortunately many years of mismanagement has led to quite a backlog of things that need to be fixed, and some of the steps they are taking to do so, certainly leave some questions. First let me be clear, for me it is not about dislike for this company, I fully support what they are doing, and the directions they are heading. I worry however, that without some intervention, they will end up where they were just a few short months ago. There is a lot of cleanup and work that will need to be done to get this place to where it should and needs to be. I feel there are people who are very much not qualified to do the jobs they are in. There are others who are so rooted in the past that the change that needs to occur is going to be rough. These are just a couple of "brick walls" that you will run into working here. There are also some very serious ethical issues that must be dealt with, if they want to have any chance of success.
