Pros
Some very good people work here, and the work environment is nice. There is a positive start-up mentality with many of the employees, even though the company has been around for 10+ years.
Cons
The CEO is more concerned with getting rich than getting it right. The cash flow management is incredibly poor (we went several months with out a full paycheck, and even though it was paid back, it took much longer than promised. Now we are having financial problems again). The technology itself is great in theory, but it does not do what they represent it to do. The CEO sells us dreams of grandeur, with an ok product and poor execution on the product. Terribly mismanaged.
