Senior Management Destroyed a Great Company

Pros

I met a couple of good people. The experience to travel abroad to work with my team was rewarding.

Cons

Management was terrible and senior management had no clue what was going on beneath them. Terrible review process. Very high turnover of the best employees.

Free uniform and free car parking

Cons

Poor wages,no training,no spares. Lack of leadership, extremely poor relationship between workers and senior management us and them scenario

Pros

Lots of work and good diversity in your work Team leaders are good So far achievements have been recognised Options for travel are good

Cons

Very easy for other people to hide and not do work leaving a lot of pressure on other teams. Micro managing from more senior management can cause problems and slow work. Some time the amount of work and pressure is too much.

Pros

Interesting work. A lot of flexibility to transverse the technology stack. Flexible hybrid working and some investment evident in a new site. Local management are transparent and seem to be trying hard to evolve the site.

Cons

Difficult financial times, leading to periodic staff reductions. Future strategy based on electrification, which seems a bit of a gamble in the current enviroment. Senior management is US based and not convinced on their vision or motivations.

Salary and bonus above typical NI rates

Cons

Company is led badly and is focused on share price to the detriment of staff, while senior executives reward themselves. They are gradually eroding the morale and culture that once existed in the company, removing all senior management from the original Schrader Electronics, limiting personal development and trying to pivot away from a sensor development company to a SW company and making redundancies to staff who don’t fit this narrative. If I could give a 0 rating I would.

Nice team, flexible hours, work is interesting

Cons

Received Christmas message from senior management team and all of them are white/light skin from America. Been this way for decades. It is unfortunate there is no place for minorities to be accept for opportunities. They think diversity is only about female to male and ignore all systemic racism minorities face in the company everyday. HR cannot do anything anything about racism because this always be part of the history. The company talks about scores but that is only checklist , doesn’t change unconscious bias.
