Where to start....Thoroughly unprofessional place to work in. Employees are expected to answer emails on weekends and evenings. Senior management are part of every major group so they have an eye on every part of your working day. Take 30 mins to answer an email and they'll let you know very quickly. Every so often Senior management will have a blow out and calls and emails will be sent to many people, berating and brow beating some poor entry level employee. A day in this plac feels like a year sometimes. Almost all employees prefer to work away from the head office where they won't have to face the CEO or another of his lackeys. It's very clicky, promotions and perks only go to the chosen few. Bonuses will be cancelled on a whim and anyone who dares to leave has his/her name dragged through the mud.

Nepotism, poor leadership and greed amongst personnel at all levels. Executive team portrays itself as professional until faced with difficult decisions that might impact its "ivory tower".
