      Pros

      Benefits are reasonably good but can be taken away by management at any time.

      Cons

      Very weak management with zero leadership. No planning and poor communication. The company is run by a CEO that has lost touch with his staff. He has appointed incompetent and unqualified senior management team to run the organization. And this has resulted in overwhelming nepotism and favoritism. The HR department is totally incompetent and often at a loss to answer even the basic questions.

      Gave space for growth. There's a gym onsite and they 401k match was competitive
