      Great team spirit on site, no hierarchy feeling within the team here at FPR

      Cons

      Working until 5pm on a Friday when I have been used to Work Free Friday for over 12 months 😂

      Pros

      Nice friendly staff, good holidays, decent pension.

      Cons

      Poor communication from management. Low wages and sick pay is awful. No room for development / poor career prospects. High turnover of staff. Not accommodating at all when it comes to flexible working.
