      Nice friendly staff, good holidays, decent pension.

      Cons

      Poor communication from management. Low wages and sick pay is awful. No room for development / poor career prospects. High turnover of staff. Not accommodating at all when it comes to flexible working.

      It's backed by a large european company. and they want to grow in the US

      Cons

      The CEO has no clue what she's doing. More political that Congress and it's highschool with better chairs and desks
