      Access to the C level and partners/owners Working from home Open minded and open eared company that activity seeks feedback from its employees You feel valued for your skills and have a very clear part to play The cliche is whilst other companies strive for the family feel to a company, this company actually achieves this. High performing team, focussed on customer outcomes, motivated by nothing more than sheer will to succeed

      Multiple experts in their field that are happy to help with issues. Forward thinking with an eye on the future and actively encourage employees to upskill and learn new technologies. Remote working. Regular team events and meet ups so you can get to meet other people outside of your current project.
