The work environment is exceptionally positive, characterized by a deep sense of collaboration and mutual respect where colleagues have each other's back and always willing to help. The culture is consistently solution-oriented, with a genuine emphasis on creativity that ensures all ideas are heard. Coupled with open lines of communication from leadership, I always felt trusted and empowered to take full ownership of my responsibilities and perform my job effectively, which was highly motivating. I would love to work with Rocket again in near future.
