Pay more than most child care facilities, Get earlier hours than most as well. Also more holidays off(i.e Black Friday and Martin Luther Kings birthday)

No support from Lead teachers and Supervisors. Some of the lead teachers are lazy and leave the assistants to do all the work. Supervisors don't have your back when a parent is going crazy about things out of your control.
